This allows time for design refinement, diamond sourcing, crafting in our Melbourne workshop, and final quality checks. As all pieces are made on site, shorter lead times can often be accommodated when required.

Yes. All of our engagement ring designs can be customised. This may include changes to the setting, metal, diamond shape, proportions, or finer design details to suit your preferences.

Yes. We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds and will guide you through the differences so you can choose the option that best suits your values, preferences, and budget.

If you don’t know her ring size, that’s completely fine. We can estimate using industry averages or discreet methods, and the ring can be resized after the proposal if needed. Once approved, your ring enters production in our Melbourne workshop. You will be kept informed throughout the process until it is ready for collection or delivery.
